This Lower Haight eatery, self-identified as the home of "swine dining," features long-smoked pork, brisket, ribs (both pork and beef), fried catfish, and all the expected sides (beans, greens, slaw, potato salad, mac 'n' cheese) in a small but cheerfully decorated room with an open kitchen. All meats are smoked over genuine white oak. You can dine there, or pick up 'cue by the pound and sides by the pint for a feast at home. We also love the homemade banana pudding.
