Controlled chaos is the order of the evening at this musical mulligatawny of clowning, contortionists, aerialists, tap dancing, sleight of hand, and audience participation in an antique, bejeweled spiegeltent. Supper comes in the form of a five-course prix fixe that's often surprisingly good and only mildly institutional: One version of the ever-changing menu included an elaborate antipasto, bland celery-root soup, tasty endive-gorgonzola salad, your choice of prosciutto-stuffed chicken breast or gummy risotto cakes, and a most satisfying chocolate mousse ribboned with orange essence and caramel brittle. Expect unremitting exuberance.
