This week sees two major bands — deadmau5 and New Found Glory — playing three-night stints at their respective venues. A slew of indie- and garage-rock bands are also hitting the Bay, most notably Colleen Green on Friday at the Independent, The She’s on Wednesday at Rickshaw Stop, and San Fermin on Monday and Tuesday at the Independent.

As usual, there’s a lot of DJs and electronic acts to pick from, and metal is also well-represented on this week’s lineup, with Okilly Dokilly and Superjoint hitting Slim’s over the weekend.

Check out the list below and listen to our playlist because you might just discover a new act that you’ve never heard before.
