It is a time of cancellations. Solange pulled out of Coachella over production issues, and the Rolling Stones postponed their Levi’s Stadium date owing to Mick Jagger’s health. (The Stones withdrew from from Jazz Fest, and erstwhile replacement Fleetwood Mac has also bailed because Steve Nicks is ill.)
But Robyn, the Swedish fembot who returned to the scene with 2018’s Honey after an eight-year drought and who played two exceptional nights at the Fox in late February with Channel Tres, will be back.
She has officially extended her Honey tour, and will make an appearance on Thursday, July 25, at Bill Graham. That’s the lead-in to Up Your Alley weekend, one of the major summertime homosexual high holidays, and since tickets were rather hard to come by over the winter, expect seats for this one to sell briskly.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 12, at 10 a.m.
