Shootings, Stabbing in Bloody Night in San Francisco

It was a hot night in more ways than one.

Police reported a pair of shootings and a stabbing yesterday and into the wee hours this morning, sending a trio of San Franciscans to the emergency room.

At around 10:15 Wednesday night, police arrived on the 100 block of McAllister Street, where they found a man with a stab wound in his neck. He was yesterday described as being in “critical but stable condition.”
Not long thereafter, at 10:40 p.m., police responded to a shooting at Kirkwood and Dormitory. A man “suffering from multiple gunshot wounds” was transported to San Francisco General Hospital. Per the police, “a crime scene has been established and officers have located evidence of a shooting” — evidence, it would seem, beyond a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
