In less than 24 hours, at least four robberies left victims with injuries, San Francisco police said Monday.

The first theft came on Friday around 11:30 p.m., when two teenagers waiting for their friend in a car on Webster Street and Geary Boulevard were approached by two other men who opened their doors. The 18-year-old victim hesitated after they were told to hand over valuables and one of the suspects hit him over the eye with a gun, leaving a cut. The victims then complied and reported their watches, cash and designers shoes as missing.

Roughly two hours later, two men were walking home on Quesada Avenue when two other men pointed guns at them. A fight broke out and a suspect beat one of the victims with the gun before fleeing, leaving him with lacerations to the head. Both of the victims lost their cellphones and wallets.

Though there were no reported injuries, a 39-year-old man escaped the possibility just three hours later. Three men swung a knife at the 39-year-old man on 21st Street and Van Ness Avenue in the Mission before grabbing him and his knit hat. The man managed to break free and fled with his recovered hat.

Another robbery escalated when a man tried to bum a cigarette on 24th and Folsom Streets around 8:20 p.m. Saturday. After the 32-year-old victim refused, the suspect threatened to kill him.

The victim handed over cash to the 21-year-old, who then handed it to another man in his 20s and fled. Police took the first victim into custody while the victim went to the hospital with a cut on his face.

Then on Sunday around 4:40 a.m., a 28-year-old man picked up a 22-year-old woman when another man came up to the car. The 29-year-old suspect punched and pointed a gun at the victim before he and the woman took the car from 18th and Florida streets.

Both suspects were later arrested in Vallejo. The victim reported a scraped elbow and a missing cell phone, wallet and gun in the trunk of the car.
