Hey, it's now summer proper, so let's talk about the fall. Treasure Island Music Festival just announced its lineup for Oct. 19 and 20, 2013. Headliners for the boutique festival in the middle of the Bay include Beck, Animal Collective, Atoms for Peace, and Major Lazer. Check out the full lineup:
