Police caught up with the 22-year-old man who has been on the lam after he allegedly set fire to his girlfriend after the two got into an argument at a local laundromat. Sgt. Michael Andraychak says Dexter Oliver was found at a hotel in Oakland at about 9 p.m. where he surrendered to police.
