  Taste the boot.​We like the family-style Italian fare at the Bronx-styled Joey & Eddie's (1652 Stockton at Filbert) in North Beach. No surprise, really, since we've loved other restaurants launched by co-owner and executive chef Joseph Manzare, especially Globe. Anyway, we just learned that Joey & Eddie's is starting special regional Italian menus on Tuesday nights.
