Silver Moon Desserts infuses liqueur into its line of ice cream and sorbet flavors. We were knocked out by the Pomegranate Martini and Mango Mimosa. Both were light, delicate, and full of flavor, without overpowering the palate with alcohol. Silver Moon is served by various Bay Area restaurants.
