"Clown of Doom" by Chet Zar
Last month, the Corey Helford Gallery had a group show dedicated to Clowns, as creepy as they may be to some people. One of my favorite works from the show was the piece this print was made from. I was hoping Chet was planning on turning his Clown of Doom into a print and as luck would have it, he did. This is a special collectors edition print, so the size is bigger than his other prints. It's is 17" x 22" on velvet art paper, signed and numbered in an edition of 100
SF's White Walls Gallery starts off 2009 by looking back at the artists they've admired and supported for the past three years with the unveiling of Family First. The new show exhibits a collection from notable artists who have recently graced the gallery walls, which includes Shepard Fairey, Richard Colman, Sylvia Ji, Mike Giant, Albert Reyes, Adam Flores, Jim Houser, and a whole lot more.
