Restaurant Details

The Popsicle was invented in Oakland, but it's being dressed up in San Francisco, where husband-and-wife team Amanda Yee and Aland Welford man a small cart at the Cortland Marketplace. The shop, dubbed Cranky Boots after what Yee calls Welford when he's moody, serves up Popsicles made from local, fresh and organic ingredients. The flavors are constantly rotating, but a Sunday-morning favorite is banana and burnt caramel. You'll never long for your standard Fudgesicle again.
