Our favorite unabashed carnivore, MeatHenge discovers a whole new use for those rich, meaty juices left on the cutting board: meaty shooters! Specifically in this case, pork, beef, lamb, bacon, goat, andouille and vodka. Well, waste not, want not. Sort of like a mat-shot for the meat loving set.
But before you start to feel too nauseous, keep in mind that it's really just the down-home version of the standard Bullshot recipe, which calls for beef bouillon, vodka, salt and pepper. So the Bullshot is sort of like a Bloody Mary without the bloody, and the meaty shooter is like a Bloody Mary with the real bloody. Whoa. That's so hardcore.
