The organizer behind the 12th annual Mission Creek Music & Arts Fest today announced that this year's event is being pushed back time-wise and scaling down size-wise. MCMF in the past has hosted indie and experimental locals alongside marquee freaks like Vincent Gallo and Excepter, generally in May. In an email sent out this morning, Mission Creek's Jeff Ray announced a local focus, and gave the dates as July 17 through the 20th. Folks interested in playing and/or helping organize things can check out Mission Creek's website. -- Jennifer Maerz
