Travis Louie "Bride of Stan"
After seeing the works of Travis Louie in person this last week, I had to look for some new prints of his. Luckily, the amazing group over at Pressure Printing has just released a new print of his work. This one is a hand printed intaglio etching that has been individually stained with tea and signed by the artist. Each print is housed in a antiqued resin frame with steel backing. You can prop the print up, or hang it on the wall. The print (including frame) is 8 3/4"x 6 3/4" and is limited to only 50. This baby will be at the San Diego Comic Con, but you can order it right now, first come first served over at Hi-Fructose, the only place online the print is being sold. Get It Here
Lori Earley "The Wish"
To coincide the launching of her brand new website, Lori has re-released her print "The Wish." The print is 30" x 40" and is limited to 100. Lori's work is fantastic looking, and I know her prints are top notch as well. Each dandelion was painted individually, and there are thousands of them! Get It Here
Ryan Heshka "Look!"
Slingshot Press is back with a new print for the week, this time by Vancouver based artist Ryan Heshka. Like all of the Slingshot Press prints, it's limited to 50 for only $50. The print is 5”x 15.5” in size. I really dig the way that Ryan paints, and the color palettes that he choose for his works. The format of this print will look killer all framed up. Get It Here
Matthew Woodson "The Open"
An illustrator out of Chicago, Matthew has done work for such clients as Forbes, Image Comics, LA Weekly and many others. He has a great sense of style, I really love the surreal feel to his works and the muted color palettes he uses. This print is 8.25" x 17" and you have the option to have it framed up for you. Ben Walker "Does a Bear Shoot in the Woods?"
An illustrator out of Sacramento, Ben Walker's style is a blast. The old west, bears with guns, what else do you need? He has shown his work in such galleries as the Hive Gallery and Gallery 1988 with their "Toys!" show just a while back. This print is one of my favorite works of his. The title is great, and that bear, look at those eyes! Those are Terminator T-1000 eyes, that cowboy better watch out. Get It Here
