ASD is always down for a cool art event, but throw in a little skateboarding into the mix and it sweetens the deal like a Pixy Stix. Skateboard mag SLAP celebrates its online launch with a group art showing at Onsix Gallery Saturday, Dec. 6, and promises art from skaters and skateboard lovers alike. Head out to 60 6th St. this weekend to check out art from Ed Templeton, Arto Saari, Jeremy Fish, Jason Adams, Chris Pastras and lots more. They'll also be screening Stereo's classic videos, A Visual Sound and Tincan Folklore, which features innovator of the 360 flip and star of My Name is Earl, Jason Lee.
