Sandy's Celebrates Reverb and S.F. Surf Culture on "Yuba Diamond"

Sandy's is the new project of Bay Area denizen Alexi Glickman, a musician who spent time playing and recording with the Botticellis and Little Wings before recently striking out on his own as Sandy's. Today brings the first track from Sandy's upcoming album, Fourth Dementia, entitled "Yuba Diamond." It's a blissful, reverb-soaked rush of feeling, all open chords and twilight madness. Fourth Dementia, the album, was recorded with members of Sonny and the Sunsets, Vetiver, Tortured Genies and more in various places around S.F., and is out June 3 on Um Yeah Arts, the new collective from visual artist Thomas Campbell.
