Amuse Brunch @ SF Food Wars

What's an amuse brunch? It's a play on amuse bouche, the french word for a bite-sized appetizer. SF Food Wars latest throw-down was to determine who can whip up the best one-bite brunch. The Judges First Place Award went to Good Food Caters creation, "The Bite of Smokey Porky Love" a "griddled micro wheat bun with a smokey tomato jam, sliced cherry tomato, pork crackling aioli, Good Foods house-made bacon, and micro intensity greens."
