Tens of thousands of Apple fans take in the annual MacWorld conference and expo in San Francisco. Attendees listened to celebrities such as actor Levar Burton, NY Times tech columnist David Pogue and filmmaker Kevin Smith. The tradeshow exhibit floor also teemed with the newest goodies by hardware manufacturers and software publishers that support the Macintosh platform. 2010 marked the first year Apple was not a part of the four day gathering since its inception in 1985.
