The Rock the Bells hip-hop tour ended its 2009 campaign in style at the Shoreline Amphitheater over the weekend. The festival featured performers such as Tech N9ne, Sage Francis, Busta Rhymes, House of Pain, Big Boi, the Roots and Nas.
