We're bringing the love to the streets of San Francisco! Pro-Motion Event's famed Love 'em or Leave 'em Valentine's Day Dash is expanding from The Emerald City to the City by the Bay on Sunday, February 12th.

New starting in 2012, the Love 'em or Leave 'em Valentine's Day Dash will also take place in San Francisco! Individuals and two-person teams alike can compete in this festive Valentine's themed 5K event while kids 10 & under can run in the free kid's dash. Plenty of food, fun and love will await at the finish line festival area located at the Music Concourse inside Golden Gate Park.

Race Day Schedule:
8:00am - Day of Race registration area opens
9:10am - Free Kid's Dash starts
9:25am - Day of Race registration area closes
9:30am - 5K Run & Walk starts
10:00am - Post-race Celebration starts
10:30am - Awards Ceremony at the Stage
