It's that time of year again: Time for the No Pants BART Ride. People in other parts of the world may tell the passage of time by seasonal changes, but in San Francisco you can tell when a year has zipped past when you notice the pantless armies on BART. Has it really been 365 days since the last time you commuted with armies of people sporting their panties and tightie whities?
