Thousands of commuters across the Bay Area hit the road for the 16th annual Bike to Work Day. A record number of riders participated this year due to the increase in dedicated bike lanes and parking spots. The East Bay Bicycle Coaliton held a four-block party in downtown Oakland complete with a bike rodeo, wacky DIY bike tryouts, puppet theater, and human powered rides from Cyclecide.
