February 10th, 2012. Social Distortion performs to a capacity crowd at Oakland's Fox Theater on its first of two nights at the historic venue on February 10, 2012. Sharks and Frank Turner & the Sleeping Souls opened up for Social D. Spoken by Mike Ness, lead singer of Social Distortion, San Francisco and Oakland have been kind to the band. Social D have strong roots to the early punk movements in the 1980's in the Bay Area and fans eagerly join in throngs.
