Bob Weir performed an amazing show at The Fox Theater in Oakland this past Saturday as part of his album release tour for “Blue Mountain”, his first solo project studio release in sixteen years. The album was recorded with the theme of “cowboy songs” and features members of The National who also are performing on the tour. Virtuoso guitarist and longtime collaborator Steve Kimock was a surprise guest for the tour as well. Some notable attendees at the October 9th show were Steve DeAngelo and Yolanda Felix of Harborside Health Center and “Hippy Icon” Wavy Gravy.
