Metallica at the Fox Theater, Dec. 17, 2016

Metallica performed to the sold-out crowd at the Fox Theater Saturday night. This marked the last performance of the year for the legendary band who have been crossing the globe all year. The performance, available to fifth member Metallica club members and limited general public tickets brought fans from away as far as Europe for this more than intimate concert with 2800 lucky souls. The band played a few of their singles from their newly released album, “Hardwired…to Self-Destruct” such as “Atlas Rising!”,” Hardwired” and “Moth into Flame.” Fan favorites, “Enter Sandman, Whom the Bells Tolls, Master of Puppets, and Seek and Destroy” rounded out the night. At the end of the night, guitarist Kirk Hammett gave tribute to a fallen warrior, his friend Sebastian Arseguel.
