Artistic Home Studio & Boutique in Alameda offers classes in furniture and decorative paint techniques, as well as holiday stencil gift making for parents, grandparents, and kids aged 10 and up. Students can choose from projects including wooden signs, tote bags, pillow covers, placemats, and runners. They are also offering a painted glass series including painted wine or champagne glasses (set of 4), bottles, or vases. Instructor Rachel Gingold is an accomplished artist and mother who has been painting for more than 40 years.

Alameda Art Lab offers classes in stained glass, mosaics, fused glass and other art classes for adults and youth. They are offering holiday gift making workshops, including stained glass angels, glass beads and fusing, stained glass bevel snowflakes, suncatchers, ornaments, and pinewood cone wreaths.

Chef Joe’s Culinary Salon in San Francisco is presenting an English Christmas Dinner meal experience with all of the best holiday classics from across the pond. A three-hour dinner experience includes hearts of romaine with blue cheese dressing, herb-crusted cross rib roast with au jus, Yorkshire pudding, and a Christmas sherry trifle with mixed berries. Chef Joe Wittenbrook apprenticed under a French-Russian Cordon Blue Chef as well as graduating from the California Culinary Academy. More recently Chef Joe has served in numerous high profile culinary positions, including Executive Chef at the San Francisco War Memorial Performing Arts Center.
