Welcome Back to School, Now Stop the Downloading

Last week, the company who tried to buy Napster finally settled for $130 million in damages related to facilitating downloading. Can you imagine how much RIAA would like to get out of universities? Likely billions.

Now Stanford and UC Berkeley promise new scarecrows for the 2007/2008 school year. Yeah, good luck with that.
