We have official news about Giants catcher Buster Posey, and it's not good. The team is reporting that Posey has suffered a lower leg fracture and torn ligaments in his ankle, which could put him on the sidelines for a while.

Ouch.

Fans aren't happy seeing the Giants star taken out of the game, which is why it's important that Posey heal as soon as possible. The team has set up a place where fans can sign a get well card for their favorite Giants player.

Thousands of fans have already added their signatures to the card. With Posey likely facing a long and painful rehab, and the Giants without their marquee player, we imagine he could use all the support he can get.

You can head over here to sign the card yourself.

The San Francisco Street Food Festival was another success this year. Dozens of vendors with original, unheard-of creations, such as deep fried mac and cheese on a stick, black pea paste pancakes, and Korean quesadillas.
