A San Francisco jury decided that just because 22-year-old Chris Christopher cusses like an asshole doesn't make him a fucking criminal.

Christopher was arrested on April 9, 2010, at Newhall Street and La Salle Avenue after he got into a verbal argument that included the frightful words "Fuck you."

According to the Public Defender's Office, Christopher -- who has no criminal record -- was sitting in the car with a family friend when his mother drove up in her car and started to chat with them. A police officer came up to Christopher's mom -- who was parked illegally -- and asked for her ID. The cop then started peppering Christopher with questions, even though he had done nothing wrong, according to the Public Defender's Office.

The cop asked Christopher his name, but was dubious when he responded with "Chris Christopher." The officer asked him his name again, which just annoyed Christopher. This time he responded with something even more shocking: "What if I tell you it's Fuck You?"
