Separate from the World Series chaos and fires that plagued the city last night, San Francisco had yet another bloody weekend, where multiple people, including a kid, were shot.
The first incident happened on Friday about 8 p.m. at the intersection of Keith and Shaftner, where a juvenile female and a 21-year-old man were shot in the chest. The cops had very few details about the incident, but said the shooter was last seen in a blue four-door car.
Both victims were taken to San Francisco General Hospital; the girl has life-threatening injuries, and the man is expected to survive.
Later that morning, a 30-year-old woman was shot. According to police, about 3:54 a.m., the woman was sitting in her car on the 1200 block of Pierce Street when an unknown person ran up to the car and shot at the woman. The victim hit the gas pedal and crashed into a parked car.
The shooter ran off and the victim was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
On Sunday just before 1 a.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in the head after he got into a fight with another man at a party at Gashouse Cove. The shooter -- who was only described as a 30-year-old man -- was later arrested in San Leandro.
The victim is clinging to life this morning.
