It was a bloody four days in San Francisco where multiple shootings left four men dead and at least one critically injured, according to police.

The weekend's first homicide occurred on July 4 at about 10:06 p.m.; 49-year-old Wesley Willis was sitting inside a car parked at Harbor Road and Ingalls Street in the Bayview District when an unknown person walked up from behind and fired several times, hitting the victim.

Willis, a San Francisco resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A day later, two more people were gunned down in the city's Bayview District. Just before 3 a.m., two men were standing outside a residence on the 1700 block of La Salle Avenue when they were shot in the chest and back by an unknown person.

Both men were taken to San Francisco General Hospital where 37-year-old Antonio Cortez died three hours later. The second victim remains in critical condition.

Gunfire erupted again this morning at about 3 a.m.; police say a 24-year-old man was shot to death at the unit block of Brookdale Avenue, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. About six hours later, cops raced to another crime scene in the Bayview. Officer Albie Esparza said an unidentified man was shot to death at the intersection of Ironwood Way and Catalina Street at about 9:30 a.m. today.

So suspects have been named in any of these crimes.
