Cartooning for Change

The polar ice caps are melting, water levels are rising, and it's getting hotter and hotter every year. That's why you should drop in on Yoram Bauman's Climate Cartoons event. Dubbed the world's one and only “stand-up economist,” Yoram will demonstrate how humor can be used to combat some of the modern world's most unnerving trends, including climate change and the worldwide extinction of animal species. He will be joined by storyteller Jonah Sachs, who participated in the making of the “Story of Stuff” series. Stop by for an evening of laughter and warmth, and learn how humor and storytelling can become tools for tackling global conflict.
