The Thursday Ferry Plaza street-food market is our weekly exercise in main-lining animal fats, no more effectively than with 4505 Meats' intensely carnal cheeseburger. Yeah, we said carnal: a patty ground from beef aged long enough to turn nutty-tasting, with a fascinating edge of funk, on a bun (from Josh Capone's Omega bakery) whose sesame-paved surface is practically unctuous. Our advice? Pack Wetnaps before you go.
