Sour beers, brewed with wild yeasts and other critters, are exotic and complex ― just like you. Show your date your wild side with a pre-dinner happy hour featuring one of the best sour beer producers around:

Russian River Brewing Night

When: 3 p.m.-11:30 p.m.

Cost: Pay per drink

What: Try a variety of Russian River offerings, including Consecration, a seductive sour ale aged in wine barrels with currants. If you're feeling hoppy, the highly sought-after Pliny the Younger Double IPA will be on tap. And if your date takes a turn for the worse, console yourself with a glass of the brewery's Valentine's Day beer, Rejection.
