Chefs' Night Off Pop-Up Dinner, hosted by Evan and Sarah Rich
Where: Radius, 1123 Folsom Street
When: Monday, Aug. 29, 6-8:30 p.m.
Cost: $60 (excludes beverages, tax and gratuity)
The rundown: Husband and wife team Sarah and Evan Rich are taking over the kitchen at Radius, for the third event in their “Chefs' Night Off” pop-up dinner series.
The four-course dinner will be as follows:
Red beets with goat cheese, almond, and arugula
Squid with black olive vinaigrette, watermelon, and crispy onions
Pork shoulder served with black garlic, and red cabbage
Sarah was previously a sous chef at Michael Mina, and Evan has worked as Chef de Cuisine at Coi and Quince. In addition to next week's event, they have 3 more pop-up dinners scheduled: Sept. 26, Oct. 24, and Nov. 28.
