The rundown: Baker, author, and instructor Peter Reinhart leads a demonstration class featuring recipes such as no-carb hush puppies, biscotti with sugar-free chocolate glaze, and pecan flour and flax meal toasting bread. Sit back with a glass of wine while he does all the work and get the recipe and a taste at the end. The class informally doubles as a celebration of the book of the same name that Reinhart releases tomorrow via Ten Speed Press.
