Chances are you're off work, craggy around the edges, and in need of rehab from the weekend's prix-fixe romanticizing. Nothing better than pork to soothe a raggedy psyche — unless of course it's double pork, cushioned with a thick layer of cheese, served up warm in a form you don't need utensils to convey to your face.
