We previously reported on Chef Dontaye Ball's all-bacon dinner tomorrow evening. Since it has sold out of its two seatings, Ball confirmed he's now accepting takeout orders for the complete dinner.
The five-course meal costs $55 to-go and may be picked up at a private Bayview location at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow night. This method gives you the option to have the chef's suggested meatstravaganza in one shot or stretch out the various dishes (which include smoked pork belly and clams with bacon dust, pork shoulder with bacon greens, and cornmeal and bacon waffle with bourbon ice cream) into an entire bacon weekend at home.
