This week, the Bay Area is heavy on fusion acts. Orange County punk-rap band Terminally Ill is playing at Doc’s Lab on Monday, while seminal dance-punk act !!! is making an appearance at the Chapel on Saturday.
Some big names in hip-hop are also coming to town, like Trina, who is playing a Pride show at Mezzanine on Saturday; Raekwon, who’s playing at Slims on Wednesday; and Plies of “Shawty” fame, who is performing at Regency Ballroom on Friday.
