It’s a slow week in the Bay Area live music scene, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t a handful of shows still worth seeing.
With acts like Ty Segall, Slushii, and Mykki Blanco coming to town, this week is an especially good one to see singer-songwriters. Everyone’s favorite Swede, Jens Lekman, is playing not one, but two shows, and the same goes for Australian singer William Singe. If you’re into singer-songwriters and world music, then you’re in luck because Malian musician Salif Keita is playing a show, as is Ivory Coast artist Dobet Gnahore.
Check out our playlist below because you might end up discovering a new act or two.
