Bob Mould Is Busking for the Homeless With Margaret Cho In the TL Right Now

As we told you last week, Margaret Cho has been and will continue to be busking all over San Francisco in the coming weeks as part of a campaign to feed the homeless this winter. She's using the hashtag #BeRobin to pay tribute to the legendarily generous Robin Williams through the fundraising as well.

Today's big celebrity guest? We'd heard rumors of Jewel, but none other than S.F.'s own Bob Mould, former frontman of Hüsker Dü and Sugar (who recently got home from a national tour to promote this summer's excellent Beauty and Ruin), is actually out there with Cho right this very second. Local singer-songwriter Roger Rocha, former guitarist for the 4 Non Blondes, is among the other musicians playing today in front of 869 Ellis, home to Larkin Street Youth Services.

[jump] Cutting out of work early for Thanksgiving anyway? Grab a can of food or pick up a couple new pairs of socks and head on over. If you can't make it out, check the gofundme page instead.
