What's the craziest idea you've had lately? Covering your cat in Yves Klein-blue paint and letting it frolic on your boss's couch? Deep-frying a beet? Going to see Battle Los Angeles completely sober? Microloans for pirates? Exciting times. The University of Michigan held a TED symposium over the weekend devoted to “encouraging crazy ideas,” and now Ann Arbor-based electronic music label and all-around classiness factory Ghostly International has released a ten-song sampler (excuse us, “experience”) called Music For Ideas. Our vote: excellent listening for a medium-blustery Wednesday such as this.
