Animal Care and Control Offers Reward to Catch Person Who Beat, Sexually Abused Dog

The San Francisco Animal Care & Control, which continues to be inundated with disturbing cases of animal abuse, is now offering a $2,000 reward, hoping the public will help track down the people responsible for hurting these dogs.

As we reported last week, a 10-month-old pug-mix puppy, now renamed Tory, short for Victory, was found beaten so severely that she is blind in both eyes, which are still filled with blood. What's more shocking, a medical examination revealed that Tory was also sexually assaulted by a human.
