Dancing, Outraged Corpses to Converge on Dolores Park Saturday

Holy shit, Saturday is going to be a doozy at Dolores Park, with two global, yet totally unrelated events converging, complete with dancing corpses, symbolic deaths, and plenty of outrage to go around.

As SFist points out, not only will there be an afternoon attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous dance to Michael Jackson's “Thriller,” (3:00 P.M.) but the morning “Fall Out Against The War” march beginning at Civic Center (11:00 A.M.) will also culminate in a symbolic die-in at Dolores Park.

Whew, that's a lot of corpses. Among the layers and layers of irony here is the fact that Dolores Park was once a cemetery. So welcome home, dead people.
