Strange things happen in San Francisco's libraries. It's not for nothing that the stall doors in the main branch's men's room were reduced in size. Odds are, however, you've never seen a man transformed into a human jackass as a cruel prank upon the queen of the faeries.
Well, now you can. But not in the men's room. There will be no donkeys or transmutations in the men's room.
A Shakespeare on Tour production of A Midsummer Night's Dream will be held Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the children's room of the West Portal branch. That library isn't exactly the Globe Theatre when it comes to size, so fans of the Bard may want to be punctual.
