Public parking lots are kind of like adult sandboxes — they're full of bullies who just don't respect you or your toys.
We bring you an example of this from the Outer Mission, where a driver and a pedestrian got into it — and for seemingly no reason at all. Sometime around 1:23 p.m., a man was driving through a parking on the 2900 block of Alemany, looking for the next open spot. But he was delayed by a slow pedestrian who was leisurely making his way through the lot.
According to police reports, the driver believed that the man was walking slowly on purpose, to delay his finding a parking spot. So the restless driver honked at the man, which probably startled him.
