Both victims are listed in life-threatening condition.

A shooting on the southwest corner of Sixth and Mission streets shortly after 1;30 p.m. Friday is being investigated by SFPD. Sixth Street is currently shut down between Market and Howard streets.

“It was louder than firecrackers,” said a man named Ronnie who was driving by when the shooting occurred. “During the daytime… that’s crazy.”

Octavia Taylor, who lives at the Kean Hotel across the street, says he heard three loud shots. “It was like ‘BAM BAM BAM’ they said. “That’s when I came down and saw them.”
