The Struts at The Warfield on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

The Struts recently embarked on the quick four date “Tour De California” tour (presented by Harley Davidson,) and stopped off at the Warfield on Tuesday evening. With huge a huge production, a multi-layered stage, and plenty of lights, the band drew from their two full length albums for a seventeen song setlist that had the girls in the front row screaming for them throughout their set. At one point in between songs vocalist Luke Spiller had some fun with the crowd, saying that if they weren’t ready to rock, than they could “Fuck Right Off Towards the Door.” Needless to say, not one person moved towards the lobby.  Highlights from their set included, “Primadonna Like Me,”  “In Love With a Camera,” and “Nobody Does It Like You,”Supporting The Struts were the L.A, based Starcrawler, who, led by six foot three vocalist Arrow de Wilde, put on a highly energetic set of their own, highlighted by a cover of The Ramones “Pet Cemetery.”
