KORBEL Prosecco brings a burst of fun to brunch

By Liane M. Roth

Springtime is brunch time so pop the cork on a bottle or two of KORBEL Prosecco, a versatile sparkling wine that will elevate your meals from ordinary to sensational.

KORBEL Prosecco, a delicious, fruit-forward, light and crisp varietal with aromas of white peaches, pear and lemon zest, is the perfect bubbly addition whether it’s served on its own, used to create refreshing mimosas or as a sparkling complement to seasonal dishes.

KORBEL Prosecco’s delicate and bright flavors pair deliciously with classic brunch offerings such as fruit salad, flaky croissants filled with jams, fresh-baked scones or a fruit-centric charcuterie board featuring gourmet cheeses surrounded by strawberries, raspberries, mango, melon or star-fruit.

Craft a flavor-fantastic mimosa bar featuring bottles of chilled KORBEL Prosecco, an assortment of juices and a variety of garnishes such as strawberry slices, blood orange, mango or pineapple; the options are endless. Set out champagne flutes or stemless wine glasses along with the dishes and flatware for a buffet-style brunch that is as inviting as it is appetizing.

Guests will love creating their own sparkling mimosas with KORBEL Prosecco to accompany a delectable springtime brunch menu as everyone gathers together for the tastiest part of the weekend. Fill glasses halfway with juice, top with KORBEL Prosecco and add the garnishes for a refreshing complement to a festive spread.
